As a professional, Trish considers swimming to be the safest and most efficient road to recovery following an injury or surgery. Her “Training with Trish” program combines swimming with diet and nutrition, and has proven to be effective in conditioning, wellness and rehabilitation. “Training with Trish” is also an excellent means of cross training for competitive and working dogs.
